For logistical reasons, direct exchanges are unfortunately not possible. Please return your goods to us and place a new order.

Our team does its best every day, but it can sometimes take 2-3 business days after receiving your return for us to process it.

It can be difficult to advise on sizes remotely, so we recommend ordering different sizes and seeing which one fits you best. Our sizes are German clothing sizes and, based on experience, tend to fit one size smaller.

If you order on weekdays before 11 a.m., we will usually ship your wonderjeans on the same day. Once your wonderjeans have left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the package information so you can track your wonderjeans.
